A bit over a week ago, a friend of mine bought me a couple of cosmetics (cape and hat) and Insider for a month. However, when I logged on today, my cosmetics were missing as well as Insider. Can someone please help me?

Hello,

Make sure you are using the right Minecraft account (the one cosmetics were purchased on).

If you are using the right Minecraft account but don't have your cosmetics, go to https://www.badlion.net/forum/category/37 and make a thread. Make sure to read the pinned threads first. Ask your friend to give you Transaction/Order ID (this can be found in the email sent to them) because it is required.
