The badlion client will not let me use it. Whenever I press launch it takes a few seconds until it says new update available for optifine or minecraft. Its extremely annoying. Its not like how it used to be it used to let me play it without downloading 1 million updates. I left it running for hours and it was still updating. Is there a fix or do you guys not know why. Hello,Have you tried reinstalling Badlion Client? If you haven't done that, follow these steps:
2. Find Programs and Features and click on Uninstall a program.
3. Find Badlion Client. Right-click on it and then click on Uninstall.
4. Go to https://www.badlion.net/download/client/latest/windows to download Badlion Client. Install it.
2. Drag the icon of the program you want to uninstall to the Trash.
3. Empty the Trash.
4. Go to https://www.badlion.net/download/client/latest/mac to download Badlion Client. Install it.

Yes I forgot to mention that I have uninstalled and reinstalled multiple times with no solution. Everytime I press launch on the play menu it takes a while for it to load then it says update required. I left my computer on for hours and let It update and still doesn't work. Is it a Client thing I have seen other post on the forums about this same issue so i don't think its a pc issue.Last edited on 03 April 2020 - 10:29 AM by j89k
HelloI have the same problem as Lord Salek, but I can t even run the badlion client up.
Today i went to play like other days but i had a problem like that:
I just saw the window saying: checking for java update [as usual]
Then I saw update setup [sometimes it finishes updating sometimes not]
And then it crashes I opened the program and actions manager in windows7 on my PC and it says that badlion is still running but I don t see anything on the screen :[
I tried to reinstall the BLC but it didn t help :[

Here are some temporary solutions to this problem, we've recently been made aware of issues that concern launching the client. Please try:1. Reboot PC
2. Download the client at https://client.badlion.net/
3. Run the installer
4. Done

Hello again,I rebooted my PC yesterday but it didn't help. But I did it today too and today it helped. BLC is working now so I am very happy.
