When I tyr to zoom in on my Time line it doesnt Zoom in where my curser is it only zooms in on the middle of teh timeline and i cant even change the position of teh time line so I am stuck at 3 hours at my timeline . And yes I tryed restarting it and it was still stuck there .

This issue already has been reported to developers.
If you want to make a short video, you can start adding keyframes from the point it zoomed in. It doesn't matter if you start adding keyframes from the beginning or middle.
