Bow -> Arrow(Bug)

Hey,I recently bought the bow-cosmetic.
But every second shot, the Bow is spanning with out an arrow.
Do you have any idea how to fix this?

The issue doesn't appear in 1.15.2 -> So it's working fine there.In 1.8.9 the issue is still happening.
