Seperate Continent Ladders

Ok at first I didn't know that players that do ranked matches on EU badlion, have their stats still show up on the normal ranked elo ladder, anyway I have some things I want to say. I have to be blatantly honest right now and I may come off as a bit disrespectful, although I hope I don't. I think that there should be two different ELO ladders, one for North America badlion server, one for Europe badlion server. Recently I was passed from number 1 spot in badlion EU, so I was surprised, wow 3 other players passed me, all 3 above 2200 elo, they must be pretty good. So I went onto EU badlion to fight the first one that passed me, TheTrail, being that he is EU, and I am US, I was at the disadvantage, but I still managed to beat him 2-0, I was surprised and honestly I wondered how he passed my rank so easily. I have come up with this sort of theory, EU players on EU badlion get easy elo, lets be honest there aren't much decent players on EU badlion, so these players like thetrail can just get on and literally tank through a bunch of decently elo'd noobs and get these high ranks, no offence. This is why I would want to see what other people think of there being EU elo ladders, and NA elo ladders.Posted on 08 February 2015 - 04:29 PM
I'm not sure how I feel about this. I don't have anywhere near the elo/rank you have, so I can't speak for your reasoning. However I feel the community is in a sense closer together by running on the same ladders, which I think was the goal here. Not to mention if the servers do separate all NA players that hit rank 1 in a ladder will go on EU to try to do the same and vice versa.Posted on 08 February 2015 - 06:00 PM

See the time right there? 1am. What was it for you? About 7 pm ? It's hilarious how you say that I only got good elo because I play on EU. At the start of the season before the EU server was implemented I had top 3 on au_ and peaked higher in vanilla and kohi. Why even act like I'm only good on eu? On top of that, a few days ago I laddered another account that I'm not going to name to top 5 vanilla on US only because somebody asked me.
It seems to me that you're really mad about only placing 3rd in the tourney. Whereas, I, an eu player on an eu team, placed 2nd. Maybe next time you might be able to place higher? xD
I was warned that you were cocky as fuck but I really didn't believe it since I thought you were a nice guy in N9NE, however I was definitely proved wrong by what you said to me last night and you making this thread.
Also, I'm willing to sell you the account "3rd" Drummer, I know it will fit you well.

First of all, before NA started lagging for me i could easily farm elo there even with 200ms especially in vanilla because there were a lot of high ranked players that you can farm,on eu it's really hard to farm elo, seeing as most people are low ranked and u get 1 elo out of 5 matches once you pass 2150 or something, and once you lose to something stupid you lose hours of farming.if you can beat someone does not mean you should be ranked higher than him, if you have the patience to elo farm and keep going then yeah you might get what you're seeking, you don't expect to stay #1 with only 150 games played, that's not how elo works , this has nothing to do with being eu or na, i played for a year on na and tbh the skill cap difference between eu and na is negligible.
Drummer you used to be a really chill and cool guy and i used to like you back in the day but now you became one of the cockiest around, you even shittalked your close friend that i wont name and said that you can rape him because you lost a 2v2 against him …

Believe what you want but i never had access to the account "thetrail", and in the start of 3.0 thetrail was playing on au_ before i even came back from quitting and he actually did get top 3 vanilla, and he wasn't even that good back then, he improved so much lately and i believe that he became better than me as of now, how is someone proving that he can get the same elo on NA is acting like big shit ?, if you take the time to read drummer's topic you'll actually know the one who's acting like big shit …
oh you can also get a fellow senior mod friend of yours to ip check trail same as you did with cinquae, and you'll see :)
he's also not the one that brags about having several 2.1k accs on the vanilla leaderboard whenever he has the chance ;)

- Does it really make much of a difference? Eu players are (for the most part) gunna play at a different time to Na anyway regardless of what server they play on- This game isn't all about who has the lowest ms wins, lag can have huge advantages aswell
- I think there are alot of good Eu players, just alot don't play badlion ranked as much
I am actually subbed to you drummer, but this post was just a mistake imho.

Appletine only got access to au when I quit. Also, the reason I got better is because appletine showed me how to dodge debuffs/throw them and generally how to play on badlion. The reason I use appletine's pot loadout is becuase, in my opinion, it's the best one for me. The loadouts aren't even the same anyways - I use two sets of splash buffs. If you want I'll record me talking and pvping against people high ranked on the ladder for you to prove it's me or are you just gonna say that I inserted my voice over apple's gameplay? Also, get an ip check done on TheTrail. I'm the only one who has ever logged into it.
I'm sorry if I sound cocky but Drummer made a post calling me out after he was a complete dick to me. I'm only trying to defend myself.

No. We are not separating the statistics of our network. The reality is any good EU player will be an alright NA player. The ping really isn't a huge factor as much as everyone likes to make it out to be. It takes a bit of extra skill to adjust the play style, but it's nothing mind blowing. I like the fact that our stats are network wide. It's the same thing w/ being able to join NA servers on the EU proxy. It's something no other network has done to my knowledge and I for one do not want to split our player base apart any further than it is.

This is literally just a hacking montage, made by a bunch of French losers who either use aimbot / autoclickers or both.
You're also neglecting the fact that the EU badlion host is in France, which makes it even easier for those hackers to beat us.
So yes, I completely agree with you in every statement you made in your single comment, EU people have it easier!
