I have loaded bad lion 1.15.2 and ticked optifine but when i load into game it doesnt have optifine,I have tried restarting my pc and everything?

Hello,

Optifine for 1.15.x versions hasn't been released. Once a stable version gets released, it will be added to Badlion Client.
