Cant see insider icon or insider message in BW match

I recently noticed that I can't see other people's badlion logo, and messages in a bedwars match. Please help because this problem has been going on with my friend and I tried to enable or disable "the function" that I think is hiding the icon or logo. I can see these icons or logos in a lobby but if I go into a game, it just disappears. If this is a function that is disabling the message and icon, please tell me what it is. Hello,Are you playing on a game mode that hides or changes players' names (I don't know what game modes are on the server you are playing on)?

Im playing on bedwars in hypixel. Other players seem to be able to see other people's insider messages and icons in a Hypixel Bedwars match, but me and my friend arent able to. Is this a function I need to turn on or off? If it is, please tell me.Posted on 05 April 2020 - 01:15 AM
It should not disappear in the game on its own without you enabling/disabling anything.Could you and your friend submit a bug report through the launcher after having this issue? It will send us your logs and the tech support team will look into the issue.
You can submit a bug report clicking on the "Submit Bug Report" button at the bottom of the launcher.
