Hi, thank you for taking the time to submit a bug report.

I don't think this is a known issue nor if there is a known fix for the issue. The only thing I can really recommend at this time is for you to submit a bug report at the bottom of your launcher. On the bug report, attach the replay file and a developer will look into the issue.

If you are getting the "Time Keyframe Can't Go Backward!" error, it means you moved the cursor on the replay timeline (the upper timeline) backward (even the smallest movement backward counts) and then added the time keyframe on the keyframe timeline (the bottom one). Another reason might be that there is a keyframe added that you are not aware of. Then you would need to use Forge ReplayMod to clear all the keyframes.
Remove all keyframes and start everything from the beginning. If you need help, check the ReplayMod wiki (https://www.badlion.net/wiki/replay-mod) or any other ReplayMod tutorial that you can find on the internet.

It can be easily checked if it is a bug on Badlion Client. Use the same replay file (.mcpr) in the original Replay mod (the one you use with Forge). If it shows the same error, it's not a bug but not correctly added keyframes. It's going to show a dark red line on the keyframe timeline if the keyframes are not added correctly. Here's how it looks like: click here.

I spent some time making complex replay videos on all Minecraft versions and I could not reproduce the issue that you are getting.
