Today I restarted my macbook bc mc was laggy and when ever i tried to press launch on badlion client, it has a pop up message telling me to sign back in and whenever I try to sign back in it tells me some error and when ever i tried to sign in by via mc launcher it tells me i dont have a mc acc but i clearly do.

If you're logging into the normal Minecraft and you receive that error, it means that:
• you are using incorrect login information.
• your Minecraft account has been blocked. This is a temporary issue, and waiting a few hours before attempting to log in again should solve the problem. If multiple failed attempts to log in are made in a row, you might have to wait 24 hours before the account can be authenticated again. If your problem is not resolved after 24 hours, please contact Minecraft customer support.
