If you have tried restarting Badlion Client and even ending the process through the task manager, and if you are still having this issue, please submit a bug report by clicking on "Submit Bug Report" at the bottom of the launcher (https://www.badlion.net/wiki/how-to-submit-bug-reports). It will send us your logs. The tech support team will look into why it's not launching.
