Cannot Re-Install Badlion Client

I previously used BLC every time I played Minecraft but I reinstalled it one day because I wanted to refresh everything. I download the launcher, run it, and then… nothing. I get the spinning blue mouse circle for half a second then that's it. I cannot figure out what is wrong in the slightest. I am currently running Windows 8.1Posted on 07 April 2020 - 02:00 AM

I cant open the launcher because I cannot install badlion client to begin with. I double click the installer, hit yes to admin, and nothing. I can install other clients such as lunar and lounge client so it has to be isolated with badlion for some reasonPosted on 09 April 2020 - 12:38 AM
Make sure that you don't have any antivirus, or firewalls enabled.Last edited on 09 April 2020 - 11:00 PM by JustOneTime
I have tried turning my firewall and Windows Defender off as I dont have an antivirus installed, still nothing unfortunately
