My icon keep resizing when I leave the client and go back on it later my icons get resized and i have resize it all over again to what i like

Did you mean GUI mods, not icons?
If the GUI mods keep resizing, please submit a bug report through the launcher immediately after having this issue. You can submit a bug report by clicking on 'Submit Bug Report' at the bottom of the launcher. Then developers will be able to look at your logs and try to diagnose and fix the issue.
