I opened my Bac, but when I opened it, the screen was bent and the inventory bar in the game was too. BAc says I should download it, but I can't and I downloaded it three more times.Would be happy to get feedback, I really need help!

Hello,Could you elaborate more on the "when I opened it, the screen was bent and the inventory bar in the game was too" part? Would it be possible for you to post a screenshot?
Also, could you please post a screenshot of that "BAC message"?
