Hello,Here's an example: if the server has set CPS limit to 10, and if you are clicking 20 CPS on that server, every other click of yours will be blocked.

But how do the Client know how many cps i will have when i even started to click. For example when i start to click with 20 cps the client has to know that i will have 20 cps in one second before one second passed to block every second hit?
