Hello, my badlion cloak account has been hacked. I need to transfer my cloak to this account.

Cosmetics are linked to the Minecraft account, not the Badlion account. If you lose access to your Badlion account, you can still use your cosmetics if you are playing on Badlion Client with the Minecraft account you purchased your cosmetics on.
Cosmetics can be transferred to a different account only within the first 48 hours of purchase. If you still wish to transfer your cloak and if it has been less than 48 hours since the purchase, go to https://www.badlion.net/forum/category/37 and make a thread. Make sure to read the pinned threads first.

Also, if your account has been used by people you don't know, change your password and enable 2FA to protect your account (it can be done in Badlion account settings).
