I watched a video about the new minecraft eula, said that anything exclusive is not allowed especially capes. What will happen to the badlion store? Will the people with existing capes now keep their capes?

The last eula change was in 2017 and the last big eula change was in 2014. Badlion does not sell capes, they sell cloaks. They look differently.Posted on 09 April 2020 - 03:45 PM

As the cloaks are sold for like a year now, don't expect mojang to suddenly say "nonono".Posted on 10 April 2020 - 01:09 PM
People that said "There weren't any changes to EULA" They are wrong, last change to EULA were made Yesterday.Link: https://help.minecraft.net/hc/en-us/articles/360034753932-Minecraft-Commercial-Use
"Additionally, the Commercial usage guidelines state that you may sell cosmetic items, except for “capes”, if the item sold does not give a user an unfair gameplay advantage over anyone else on the server."

What you linked is a help article. The stuff about capes is in my linked page since 2014. And nobody cares about that, see labymod, see resourcepack24, see OPTIFINE (!!!), see oldanimationsmod, etc. etc.
The help article is in no way legally binding, what is binding is the official document located at https://account.mojang.com/documents/minecraft_eula which links to the commercial usage terms located here:
https://account.mojang.com/terms#commercial (both pages contains no links to your help article)

EULA doen't link to help article, that doesn't mean there isn't anything said about capes.
EDIT: I may have not payed much attention, you've said about people not caring about it, but for example, some sites with capes are already closed and Sk1er, creator of Hyperium also disabled ability to buy capes.
( Some info or updates you can find also here: https://hypixel.net/threads/breaking-april-9th-capes-not-allowed-mojang-eula-update-bombshell.2752250/ )
( Actually even Lego Maestro made a video about it: https://youtu.be/cYtJeaxfCQ4?t=540 )

The stuff about capes is there since some time in 2015: https://web.archive.org/web/20151028203646/https://account.mojang.com/terms
I don't think there will be enforcement until it actually happens.

We offer cloaks, not capes. There are differences between our Cloak system and the Mojang Cape system. At this time all of our standard policies are staying in place as is. Cloaks will remain on our shop.
