Okay I was getting a cape and accidentally put the wrong user and its been a week so HOW CAN I FIX THIS OR CANCEL IT PLZ HELP!!Posted on 11 April 2020 - 11:11 PM
Ok, so you want to do this quick as cosmetics are only transferable when the thread is the posted within 48 hours of the original purchase, go to the payment support thread, and fill out the format, then submit it, if you submitted all the correct information, and submitted it within 48 hours of the original purchase, you should be good, just wait a while for the admin in charge of payment support to respond to you, and from there things will be worked out, and we will get the cape transferred to correct account.Thank you for reading, I hope you have a wonderful day, sincerely Sodapop. ^_^
