Exchanging cosmetic to similar cosmetic of same price

Hello, since I recently found out that there is no way to get pure white dragon wings that was needed to fit the white aesthetic I was going for I was wondering if I am able to trade a cloak I own for a different cloak of the same price so that I can match a cloak with dragon wing colours or is that not possible?Posted on 13 April 2020 - 04:35 AM
Hello,Cosmetics can be exchanged only within the first 48 hours of purchase. If it has been less than 48 hours since the purchase was made, go to https://www.badlion.net/forum/category/37 and make a thread. Make sure to read the pinned threads first.

Well, it has been well over 48 hours since the purchase but I would like to know the reason why there's a time limit on swapping cosmetics or does badlion just not support trading one purchase for another?Posted on 13 April 2020 - 05:24 AM

We do not allow purchases to be transferred/refunded/exchanged after 48 hours of the purchase due to security concerns.
