Hi, a while ago y made a complaint about this problem that unfortunately was not solved.The issue is that I have bought 2 cosmetics, which are an emote and one called HALO.
When I bought them, I opened the launcher, I saw the payments and everything came out normal, but when I entered a server, I asked my friend who uses the Badlion Client and has everything activated and they also have cosmetics if he saw them, he said no and I asked with several and they told me the same thing, only in some servers they could be seen, but my friends in all the normal servers and that is the purpose of the cosmetic, that it does not have any problem. I would like them to do a kind of reset to my cosmetics or can give some solution, since I have tried various ways, such as reinstalling and activating everything but there is no solution, which I hope there is already this problem makes me discouraged in more cosmetic purchases.

Hi I think some of your friends may have cosmetic visibility turned off. It's in the graphics settings I think, and some people have it off for frames improvementPosted on 18 April 2020 - 11:19 PM
