Problem when i want to open Baldion Client 2.13.1

hello, i installed correct this launcher , in cmd i do not have to press 'y' is work ok, but something is wrong because when i open this launcher is telling me about one error , here is the photo plz help mehttps://imgur.com/KSrSIEU

Hello,Have you tried reinstalling Badlion Client? If you haven't tried that, follow these steps:
1. Uninstall Badlion Client through the Windows Control Panel.
2. Restart your computer.
3. Download Badlion Client from https://client.badlion.net/ and install it.
4. If it asks you to restart your computer again after the installation, please do it.

Could you please submit a bug report after having this issue? You can do that by clicking on "Submit Bug Report" at the bottom of the launcher. It will send us your logs and the tech support team will look into the issue.
