Hello, I would like help because I do not see any skin either mine or that of the other players I am in 1.14.4 and I test in 1.8.9 and in this version I see any skin. I tried to restart badlion many times and the problem persisted. I then try in the classic launcher and it's the same thing.Above 1.9 there would be a problem? Thank you for helping me.

Hello,

If the same issue is also happening on normal Minecraft, then it's not a Badlion Client bug.

Is this issue happening on specific servers?
Do you by any chance are using VPNs (Virtual Private Network)?
Do you have any antivirus software installed on your computer that might be blocking certain things (including skins)? Check this website https://minecraftirc.net/support-articles/known-incompatible-software/ to find which software causes multiplayer issues.
