Noticeable Bugs on Startup - Changes Settings

I have recently been using the Badlion Client and enjoying it. However, after just a few days of use I have noticed a couple things:- On Startup some of my video settings reset, most notably it turns off vsync every time.
The GUI I have setup changes it's GUI scale % at random on startup. I have them all set to 100% but they seem to change to 117% and random numbers on startup.
Some of the screen elements unlock themselves from one another on startup, and some stay locked.
Random elements of the screen move by fractions, can't figure out why???
Enchant glint displays as a box in the armour status
The armour status, relating back to the other GUI % changing, appears stretched on startup.
I'm sorry that I wasn't able to be particularly verbose about my issues, however, they seem very fundamental and I'm sure I'm not the only one experiencing them.

Please submit a bug report through the launcher immediately after having these issues. You can submit a bug report by clicking on 'Submit Bug Report' at the bottom of the launcher. Then developers will be able to look at your logs and try to diagnose and fix these issues.
