The CPS and FPS Mods, when set to "Simple" mode, allow non-Insiders to change the prefix.

To recreate, make sure you are on an account without Insider. Then, go to the CPS/FPS mod and set it to "Simple" mode. Make sure "Show Prefix" is ticked. After, you are able to change the prefix.
