My settings and chat are quite small

are there any ways to fix it?

Hello,

Try to change your GUI scale in Minecraft video settings and see if it makes your chat and settings bigger.
If it doesn't, then the other way to make it bigger is to change your display resolution to something smaller than your current resolution. If you decide to do that, you have to restart Badlion Client (including launcher).
