Graphical glitch

Don't know how to fix this or even explain it, it happens as soon as i launch and enter f.ex Hypixel
Edit: its an issue that happens on 1.8.9 - tried 1.15.2 and it worked fine there

Hello,Does the same thing happen on normal Minecraft (on 1.8.9 with the same version of Optifine)?

Hey, i think i found it out, its a issue with Shaders as far as i can see, i forgot i had shaders on at all.
