Hello,Cosmetics can be exchanged only within the first 48 hours of purchase. If it has been less than 48 hours since the purchase, go to https://www.badlion.net/forum/category/37 and make a thread. Make sure to read the pinned threads first.
Note: they need to have the same value to be exchanged.

You need Transaction/Order ID to transfer/refund/exchange purchased items.If you can't get the Transaction/Order ID from the person who purchased a cloak for you, then your cloak cannot be exchanged.
