Who are the Shader Settings?

I did the shader file at .minecraft in shaderfolder, but still don't have the shader selection in the client.PLs help

Hello,You are required to enable Optifine in the launcher to use shaders.
Which Minecraft version did you launch with Optifine enabled that did not have the shaders option?
