I've had Badlion for a week or two and one day when I tried to launch it wouldn't let me. The version selector was empty and nothing showed. I allowed it through windows firewall but nothing changed. I then tried to reinstall it but it was the same result. I finally allowed it through my antivirus firewall but it was flagged and my antivirus uninstalled it. Badlion is currently uninstalled but if I did reinstall it would there be a way to fix it?

You are going to have to mark the Badlion Client as an exception in your antivirus software so it does not block the conenction and the version drop-box.
