Add Donor Colors to All Gamemodes

In some gamemodes (SG, UHC, actually I think that's it), there's no command to color your name with donor priveleges. Pretty much it.Also, some of the wool blocks in the clock don't actually have a corresponding color (Black, Aqua, Dark Aqua), so, when you click on them, it doesn't change your name color, it just says this message: http://gyazo.com/2e24f74f3744d6bbf596893e2a5f169f

I have to recode the /color plugin this coming week. It's on my list but hasn't been a huge priority at the moment.
