Whenever i close Badlion and then open it again later all my mods get messed up by either getting moved or not even being able to move them.

Hello,

Have you submitted a bug report by clicking on "Submit Bug Report" at the bottom of the launcher after having this issue? If you haven't done that, please do so. Then developers will be able to look at your logs and try to diagnose and fix the issue.
