Hello Guys,
Today I was playing Minecraft with Badlion Client. I had to reconnect and this message came up: "failed to login the authentication servers are currently down for maintenance" all of my friends could play and reconnect, so i knew that this was a client bug. So I restarted my minecraft, my pc and my router but nothing happend. After that, I read that it will probably help if you re-login in your launcher. this time I tried it in the normal minecraft launcher but after I tried to re-login the message came up, that my password or email is incorrect. so i changed my password two times but i cant login. I tried to login on my phone on the minecraft website with this new password and it functioned. i also tried to play minecraft on my laptop, connected with the same network, and there it functioned, too. So my quation is now: am I HWID banned from Minecraft or is this a bug? Pls try to help me, thank you.

Hello,

You are not banned.

If you are getting the "Failed to login: The authentication servers are currently down for maintenance" error, it means you have used or you are still using authenticators from websites like MCLeaks and TheAltening to gain access of other Minecraft accounts.
[!] To fix the issue, you need to get rid of those authenticators because they are known for breaking Minecraft accounts. Keep in mind that simply deleting them won't fix the issue, there are more things you need to do. I'm sure you can find more information on their websites.[!]
