Optifine settings in badlion not working properly

I am using 1.15.2 in the badlion client and have optifine enabled. However, whenever i load the game up it simply has the regular video settings and none of the optifine ones, e.g. connecting glass(the main reason i'm reporting this). I don't know if its because optifine isn't fully complete with 1.15.2 or just the client. Would appreciate a reply if possible so i know if there is fix or if i just need to wait .
