Fullscreen crashing on badlion but not on forge?

So I made 2 bug reports on this issue I have already. Nothing worked so I guess I should try here again. So my minecraft started crashing in fullscreen from the moment I bought it. Used to play on maximized but I could see
a rather big difference in performance between fullscreen and maximized. At first I thought that I came to the conclusion that loading up worlds or chunks in servers and etc. was the problem. Until it started crashing when I was just doing a change in my settings in the "main menu". Now, on average I get 45 fps maximized and 60+ on av on fullscreen. Atm I am using an older laptop because my mom destroyed my previous one as she is the fuel of hatred in this house, not wanting to pay for it to be repaired I gave in and decided to "claim" theirs. Now it's a Toshiba Satalite with a I3 M380 2.53Ghz and a Intel integrated graphics card I assume it's one of the first ones they made because it is just named "Intel graphics HD". Ram is only 4gb. I do plan on buying myself a high end pc by summer.
Yet other games run "fine" on fullscreen, csgo, tf2, etc. So now back to a way I resolved the issue. Using forge and optifine made it possible to play on fullscreen with an av of 55fps. But against badlion it was futile as badlion gives me like 20+ fps more. On the regular minecraft launcher where it also crashes in fullscreen the bug was something about minidumps, yet minidumps are enabled trough settings in the system. Could anyone give me an idea of what could be the problem obv. it is in a way the laptop itself but that doesn't explain why I can play other games just fine in fullscreen with decent fps.
My regards,
Ian aka Dogeater21.

If the normal Minecraft is crashing as well, I would say it's a problem with your graphics driver.Try to update your graphics drivers. Go to https://www.intel.com/content/www/us/en/support/detect.html and download the tool that is made by Intel. It will run a scan to check if you have installed the latest version of the graphics driver.
Note: the minimum required graphics card for Minecraft is Intel HD Graphics 4000.
For example, here's the list of Intel Graphics from oldest to newest:
Intel HD Graphics
Intel HD 2xxx Graphics
Intel HD 3xxx Graphics
Intel HD 4xxx Graphics
