Add scrollable tooltips for hypixel skyblock

I suggest adding Sk1er's scrollable tooltips for skyblock, because it eliminates the need to change your GUI scale to look at an item with a long description/alot of enchants/Last edited on 02 May 2020 - 02:32 AM by MirroredSpace
+1 YES it’s so annoyingOr something like a keybind that changes it (you can select the scale in the settings or cycle through it with the keybind)
