I'd like to refund my Koala hat because I don't use it anymore and when I got it, it didn't turn out as how I expected it to be. I tried to refund it a while back ago when I first bought it, but I didn't know how as I was starting to get used to badlion at the time. If it has been more than 48 hours since the purchase, you can't refund your cosmetic.

Yes, you need to make the thread on the forum section @UnknownFact sent. Otherwise, people will see your private payment information on a public thread.
