Can't connect to certain servers

I've just downloaded the Badlion client and I'm having trouble connecting to servers on 1.7.10 and 1.8.9. Some servers work on them versions but some don't as it says unable to connect. When I play on 1.15.2 it loads all the servers and able to ping them. I am able to ping the servers on normal minecraft on 1.8.9 but not on badlion client.Using a macbook if that helps

Hello,Check if your macOS firewall is not blocking connections.
I'm sure there is an option to whitelist apps in macOS security and privacy settings under the firewall category.

Thanks for the response but I have my Firewall turned off already so I'm not sure that is the issue.This is what it shows

Do you use antivirus or any third-party firewall software? If you do, have you checked if that software is not blocking connections?Do you have any VPN that you are using? If you do, turn it off.
If you have access to a router, have you tried restarting it?

Dont have any thrid party firewall, no anti virus just the defult one on macbook. Not usign a vpn but I can maybe try one, I've also restarted my router and restarted it nothing.Posted on 03 May 2020 - 03:50 AM
If you are sure there is nothing that is blocking connections, follow this guide https://www.badlion.net/wiki/how-to-submit-bug-reports and submit a bug report after having this issue.
