It depends on what you are doing/playing.
If you are playing on survival servers/worlds, minimap, coordinates, fullbright, saturation and waypoints are the most important ones (that's my opinion).
If you are playing on PvP servers, animations, armor status, hitboxes, toggle sprint mods are pretty good for a person who likes PvP games.

There are also a few mods that should be kept enabled such as the memory mod and FPS mod to keep track of your Minecraft performance.

There are also some Badlion Client graphics settings that might be useful such as FPS Boost, Centered Potion Inventory, Low Graphics Mode, tall grass rendering.
To open Badlion Client Graphics Settings press ESC, then click on Badlion Client Settings, then click on GRAPHICS (it is located at the top).
