Okay so… I was just wondering if you're able to transfer cosmetics to another minecraft account in the first 48h after buying them IF someone bought them for your minecraft account. So, i wondered if someone would've bought something for my minecraft account, if he's able to "steal" them from my minecraft account in the first 48 hours, if he bought them.

Yes, they would be able to transfer those cosmetics from your Minecraft account to a different account in the first 48 hours of the purchase.
