I play in 1.8 and it will not display my skin correctly in game.(it won’t display the outer layer) Is there any way I can fix this

Hello,

Make sure to enable Optifine in the launcher.
Make sure to enable every option in Minecraft skin customization settings (Options -> Skin Customization).
