Blocks per seconds

Hello! On the server I'm playing on right now I am trying to get the best horses through breeding if you don't know about what I mean I suggest checking out This. One problem that I find on most servers I play on is that any red stone I make for this kind of thing is inconsistent so I am unable to get the best horse with out a lot of estimatingMy solution to this is to make A blocks per second mod. The BPS mod would work similar to the combo, clicks per second, and fps mod but it would instead display your blocks per second.
