Restart Badlion Client. Then open the cosmetics menu.

Ask your friend to check if they sent cosmetics to the right Minecraft account.

If cosmetics were sent to the right Minecraft account but you still haven't received them, go to https://www.badlion.net/forum/category/37 and make a new thread. Make sure to read the pinned threads first.
