I press the start button but its loading forever

Hello,Could you please check if your antivirus isn't preventing the client from launching?
Does it show the Java(TM) Platform SE Binary process in the task manager after you tried to launch the game?

I haven't got antivirus program and i closed the windows virus detector but still the same problemPosted on 12 May 2020 - 06:36 AM
Click on the LAUNCH button, wait for a few minutes, then click on "Submit Bug Report" at the bottom of the launcher. It will send us your logs and the tech support team will look into why it's not launching.
