Like, after 30 minutes of playing, every time I press backspace, it deletes a whole word, and every time I press a, it deletes whole message. Also, narrater turns itself on.

Hello,

The game probably thinks that your ctrl key is pressed.
Have you tried opening the chat by pressing ENTER and then pressing ctrl+backspace or ctrl+c, or any other ctrl function (or cmd+delete if you have macOS)?
It also might be the cause of the narrator that is enabling when you press the b key.
