So, i usually get 500-1500fps constantly, at first for about 30mins-1hr my game feels normal. I play on 144hz monitor etc etc.. After an hour or so, while getting the same fps, i start to feel laggy, and feels like my game is choppy and in 30fps.

My cpu and gpu temps are fine, nothing is unordinary.

Here is a list of things you can fix/edit that can usually take a toll on your in-game performance:

- Allocating too much or too little RAM into your launcher. (1GB = 1024RAM).
- Having too many downloads or apps running in the background of your computer.
- Having your FPS on a constant number in your vanilla launcher.
- Not having your FPS Boost activated on the actual client. (Right Shift> Graphics>FPS Boost)
- Render distance.
- Outdated graphic drivers.

Keep in mind that the server you're playing on could be a reason for the unwanted lag. Hopefully this helps!

I have 16gb ram, (allocating 3gb), a 2060 super graphics card, updated drivers, and intel core i7 cpu. I can play other games and not get lag after an hour, even though they are more demanding.
