I've seen people with a clean purple cape. Nothing on the cape, it's just purple. Was wondering how can I get it?

It most likely was an Optifine cape.

That is a Custom Optifine cape. You can get one by going to the optifine website (optifine.net) and clicking donate. Click the dropdown, and click banner. Then go to the website it tells you to go to (below "Align") And set the color to purple.

Then copy the URL that it gives you (In the "Share Link" box) and paste it into the URL box on the optifine donate website.

You can also create a custom cape (It uses banner designs, so just create a custom banner on the website)

The cost of a custom cape is $10 (I think)
