So I can’t register a badlion Account for my alt, I always get the message "We cannot find any account with this activation id. Check your email or if you have Setup a parents email, Aso them to check their email", but when I try to register with my main it always works.

Have you checked the email that you used to make a new Badlion account? You should have received an activation email. Also, check your spam box.
