Everything on my CLIENT GOT RESET. THE MODS THE GUI THE OPTIONS. PLS TELL WHAT HAPPENED. DID YOU UPDATE SOMETHING OR DO SOMETHING TO MY ACCOUNT??????

If you mean the mods that display on your screen got reset, it's a known issue. It can be caused by a few things:
Having Simple GUI mode on
Changing versions
Changing between fullscreen and windowed mode
Or just randomely resetting.

This could have also happened if you were asked to delete a mod profile.
