I do really believe that we need a custom kit for Factions 4.0, because its really hard and tedious to "grind a set" and some people don't have the enough patience to do this grindy task.I think that if Factions get a custom kit for map 4 there will be more people playing on Badlion Factions, just because its more entertaining to actually pvp than spending hours enchanting books and brewing all the potions that you need. Unbreaking 3 is always a pain to get, so maybe remove Strenght 2 so its not necessary to have Unbreaking 3 on your armor for pvping? We could have a Prot 3 diamond kit with sharp 3 sword max, like in the Kohi practice server. This way you also have to work a bit to get fully geared up but without wasting hours upon hours of your life enchanting books.
If you have a better idea for a custom kit leave your suggestions down here.

If you want to pvp with a kit, go to the server that the network is known for, PotPvP, ya know. . . there are like 4-5 different factions kits including but not limited to: Kohi, HCF, and Badlion Factions.

Clearly you haven't played factions as much as I did, but THERE IS a need for custom kits. You spend hours upon hours of your life grinding xp, enchanting books, repairing etc and most of people have better things to do with their life so they go to another server where they enchant books and lvl 1 and get ready for pvp in 10 mins because there is a custom kit. Im not stupid and I know that there are Kohi, HCF and many other ladders with a custom kit but that has nothing to do with what I'm talking about. Next time ready carefully what people post before writing such stupid responses.-Thaiger

ever played a hardcore server w/ a vanilla kit?
HE DOESNT MEAN /KIT
he means potion/enchant restrictions on the factions server

Thanks for the suggestion. We appreciate players suggesting ideas for Factions 4.0. We take every suggestion into consideration so please post all of your thoughts and ideas.I understand that is something players would like to see implemented into the new Factions server. I guess you'll just have to wait and see what we do.
