There is a glitch with the inventory blur mod where if you have anti-aliasing set to anything above 0 it will not work.
(and yes, I have fast render off.)

If a staff requests that I show video evidence I will but I believe that you can tell I've turned on the mod because I've activated the option within the mod to turn off the dark backgrounds

Hello,

Blurs are not compatible with anti-aliasing, just like with fast render. It's not a Badlion Client issue.
