What will happen to BLC cosmetics with the new ToS?

Hello,I can't view that screenshot.
Did you mean EULA? If so, nothing bad will happen. We offer cloaks, not capes. There are differences between our cloak system and the Mojang cape system. At this time all of our standard policies are staying in place as is. Cloaks will remain in our shop.

So, does this mean I can keep my wings? And also, what will happen to optifine capes? Will they be removed/deactivated?Also, the screenshot was just showing a part of the ToS.

None of Badlion Client cosmetics are affected by EULA.We don't know whether Optifine capes will be removed or not. Check their Discord server if you want to know more information.

Update to optifine cape they will be removed because they are too similar to Mojang capes (Which is against of TOS).
